Web API Interface for working with an indexed database of scientific publications

The project collected 41+ million scientific articles (PubMed+PMC databases), of which 5.8 million articles were selected on the project topic. Indexed articles are accompanied by journal quantiles Q1-Q4, country and year of publication, and a list of cited literature. The tool is designed for intelligent selection of publications that are most relevant to the meaning of the formulated queries. The technology for extracting named entities, searching for cause-and-effect relationships and their analysis surpasses traditional search tools, including searching directly in the PubMedCentral database.
