Artificial Intelligence for Health
Our platform uses AI to analyze scientific publications, biobank and registry data, clinical data and personalized questionnaires. Algorithms identify correlations between aging biomarkers, correction factors and lifestyle, forming predictive models for the development of personalized interventions.
Personalized approach
An individual strategy is developed for each user, taking into account age, medical history, habits, biomarkers and life goals. This is not a generic template, but a personalized digital roadmap.
Scientific validity
The project is based on evidence-based medicine and modern research in the field of biology of aging, epigenetics and preventive medicine. We select only verified sources and rely on international scientific standards.

Strategic direction of development
The modern wellness market is saturated with solutions that appeal to the idea of improving well-being and “rejuvenating” the body. However, the vast majority of such practices lack scientific verification and are not based on evidence-based mechanisms of action on biological aging.
Wellness (from the English wellness - “well-being”) is a comprehensive approach to life aimed at achieving physical, emotional, social and spiritual balance. The concept of wellness emphasizes prevention and conscious management of health and aging, not just the treatment of disease.
Our approach is based on the achievements of gerontology, biology, genetics and systems medicine. We approach aging as a manageable biological process that can be influenced through data integration, modeling physiological trajectories, and applying personalized intervention strategies.
Our goal is to develop platform solutions that can not only improve the subjective quality of life, but also steadily reduce the rate of biological aging, creating scientifically based scenarios for extending the active period of life.
The project is aimed at creating a new paradigm in the field of prevention of age-related conditions, connecting academic science with practical digital health technologies.
Gerontology is a science that studies the biological, social and psychological aspects of human aging, its causes and ways to combat it.
The BICAL project takes a fundamentally different position.

Creation of a service to speed up and reduce the cost of clinical research for the pharmaceutical industry and genetic engineering.
Production and testing of selected active longevity products for the effects of a sustainable decrease in biological age - rejuvenation effects.

Introducing IDP services to the global market in the wellness and healthtech segments using BICAL.
Creation of an industrial design of an Intelligent Digital Platform (IDP) for managing health, aging and quality of life and providing the functions of the BICAL information shell.

Intellectual analysis of the world's gerontological and biomedical data and selection of the most effective and safe means of active longevity.
We are interested in collaboration with research centers to implement joint scientific and applied projects aimed at personalized improvement of people’s quality of life in all areas: health, physical activity, active longevity, psycho-emotional state, performance, etc.
The wellness market is booming and currently worth $6 trillion. Our research in this area is aimed at creating practical mass user services that help methodically correctly assess the state of a person and his environment.

Based on the obtained digital profile of the “person-environment” system, a scientifically based set of recommendations for ensuring active longevity, ranked by effectiveness, is formed.

Curriculum Vitae
The scientific and methodological group of the Project “Bio-information capsule of active longevity (BICAL)” conducts research in the field of deeply personalized management of the main factors that determine a person’s life expectancy and level of vital activity.

Such factors can be both special pharmacological drugs (geroprotectors), and various hardware methods of influencing the human body, as well as healthy lifestyle and wellness factors.

Our research is aimed at obtaining the most reliable information about the safety and effectiveness of these means and methods according to the criterion of active longevity using modern methods of big data analysis and artificial intelligence.

The scientific group of the project includes 7 doctors and 9 candidates of science, as well as experienced specialists in the fields of gerontology, healthy lifestyle, dietetics, preventive medicine and modern information technologies.

The scientific group of the project actively cooperates with Sechenov University, Research Institute of Occupational Medicine, Federal Research Center Institute of Management of the Russian Academy of Sciences and other leading specialized scientific institutions.

Systems Theory of Aging
For the first time in the world, based on systems analysis, mathematical interpretations and models, as well as on the generalization of more than a hundred different theories of aging existing in world science, the Systems Theory of Aging (STA) has been developed, where aging is defined as a decrease in human viability with age. The Systems Theory of Aging allows us to generalize and organize known concepts about the mechanisms of aging in the form of a hierarchical scheme, starting with the fundamental cause of aging, defining three global mechanisms of aging and ending with specific mechanisms and manifestations of aging

Eurasian Patent Granted for Invention "Measuring Unit" No. 050215
June 20, 2025
The invention pertains to the fields of psychology, cognitive research, and neuroscience, as well as technologies aimed at optimizing the process of falling asleep and improving sleep quality. To eliminate psycho-emotional barriers to falling asleep, the system employs psychological questionnaires, cognitive tests, and artificial intelligence (AI) with personalization algorithms based on machine learning and natural language processing (NLP). It uses LLaMA, FALCON, and MISTRAL models trained via adaptor fine-tuning. The system generates personalized texts that are adapted to the user's current cognitive and emotional state.
The technical result of the claimed invention is the development of a method for eliminating psycho-emotional barriers to falling asleep. This method provides a systemic and personalized approach to identifying and removing emotional and cognitive stimuli that interfere with optimal sleep onset — all while minimizing time and effort on the part of the user.

Certificate of registration of the program "Biological Age Assessment Tool" received
March 2025.
The program is designed to determine the rate and profile of aging by calculating biological age (BA). The program analyzes 8 key and 3 additional individual indicators, allowing you to accurately calculate BA. The main tests required to determine BA are simple and can be carried out using the application itself. The program calculates BA based on average statistical data of physiological norms for different age groups. BA is compared with the calendar (CA), and the difference is displayed for each indicator (partial BA) and on average for all indicators (average BA). The program is designed for both professional use and for a wide range of users without special training, ensuring the availability of diagnostics based on biological age. Computer type: mobile devices; OS: Android 5 and higher.
