The program allows you to: quantitatively assess the user's individual nutrition in comparison with the recommendations of the Harvard Food Pyramid, namely the deviation in the number of servings for the following food groups - cereals, vegetable fats, vegetables, fruits, protein products, dairy products, products the consumption of which is recommended to be minimized; assess the user's nutritional status - current body mass index, current average caloric content of food, recommended (depending on height, weight, build, gender) body weight, recommended (to achieve and maintain a healthy body weight) caloric content of daily nutrition; monitoring, storage and statistical processing of user data, development of recommendations for individual nutrition. The program includes the following blocks: user registration, collection of individual data, nutrition and lifestyle data, processing of initial data for the purpose of assessment and development of recommendations, storage and statistical processing of data, development and provision of recommendations, creation and provision of content on nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. The results of the assessment and recommendations can be presented in tabular, graphical and text form.
